Scope of Coverage: Our warranty covers all new Heckler & Koch firearms and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:

• Firearms: All Heckler & Koch pistols, rifles, and shotguns are covered under this warranty. • Accessories: All Heckler & Koch accessories such as scopes, holsters, magazines, and other equipment are also covered under this warranty.

What is Not Covered: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• User Error: Damage or malfunction resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. • Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. This includes scratches, dents, or other minor cosmetic damage. • Modification: Any modifications made to the firearm or accessory by an unauthorized person.

How to Make a Claim: If you need to make a claim under this warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Heckler & Koch at contact with a detailed description of the issue.
2. Provide proof of purchase, including date and serial number of the firearm or accessory.
3. Follow any additional instructions provided by our customer service team.

Warranty Limitations: Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products only. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.

Return Policy: If we determine that a product is defective, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If we cannot repair or replace the product, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.
