A hybrid inside-the-waistband holster: a leather backer against your body, a moulded shell holding the pistol. That combination is the usual answer to the main problem with carrying a full-size VP9 concealed, which is that it is a lot of pistol to hide.
The leather flexes and softens against your side while the shell keeps the trigger guard fully covered and the mouth open for one-handed re-holstering. Tuckable clips mean you can wear a shirt over it.
Fits: full-size VP9 and VP40. Those two share frame and slide dimensions, so this is genuine manufacturer-stated cross-compatibility rather than an assumption. It will not safely retain a VP9SK or VP9CC.
Who it suits: daily concealed carry of a full-size VP9. If you can only own one VP9 holster, this is the one that covers the most situations.
Worth knowing: be realistic — a full-size VP9 IWB requires dressing around it and a proper gun belt. A soft dress belt will let it sag and print no matter how good the holster is. Also in left hand.
Not sure which VP9 variant you have? The HK VP9 holster guide sorts every rig we stock by VP9, VP9SK and VP9CC, and covers light-bearing fitment.
